Production Description

Double-way valve, also known as diverter valve (reversing valve), is a device for switching material direction in pneumatic conveying system. It can make the material in the pipeline in the flow state to change the direction of transportation without interrupting the material supply and stop the gas supply, the material to two selected positions. If several valve combinations can deliver the material to a number of selected locations, so the operation is very convenient.

Main Features:
1. Plug Diverter valves are heavy-duty alternatives to the flap type conveying diverter valve.
2. They have an internal plug that rotates 150 degrees to reroute product from one leg to the other. The round hole in the plug matches the round blow through ports, making for a very smooth transition.
3. The units work well on applications with large particles that may get caught in a flap type diverter, causing leakage to the dead leg.
4. As there is no rubber seal, the plug diverter is well suited to more abrasive products.
5. A pneumatic rotary actuator is used to rotate the plug as standard, but can also be supplied with an electric actuator or hand crank.
6. The units come standard with spigots as specified by the customer: flangd, OD tube or nominal pipe.
7. Sizes available are: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 inch.
